A couple of weeks ago Geoff and I were both on holidays and I was inspired to make us this delicious breakfast of
pumpernickel with cream cheese, smoked salmon and fresh dill, couple with sliced apple and a few roasted
cashew nuts.
We roasted the cashew nuts a day or two earlier in the oven, sprinkled with a little salt and also used them in a wonderful stir fry I will post up.
It took about 4 minutes to make, and was fresh, tasty and quite healthy. Yum!
